thalay Annual Meeting 2023

Thalay Association’s Annual Meeting in Berlin was an engaging and interactive workshop that brought together a diverse group of over 40 participants from around the world, both online and on-site. The participants primarily communicated in Thai but made an effort to write in English when possible to foster global collaboration.

During the meeting, the focus was on sharing the organization’s vision, fostering quick and incisive discussions, and contemplating the potential impact, contributions, and collaborations that could arise from their collective efforts.

To facilitate participation, an alternative involving typing in an app was introduced, allowing for seamless interaction and idea exchange. The meeting featured a series of 10 thought-provoking questions that encouraged in-depth conversations and problem-solving.

Additionally, participants had the opportunity to propose a motto that would encapsulate the organization’s mission, with the chance to receive a reward for their contribution. The meeting spanned a duration of 3 hours and 10 minutes, including a 10-minute break to recharge and continue the productive discussions.

Agenda

Throughout the meeting, participants engaged in discussions, shared their visions, and contemplated potential impacts, contributions, and collaborations. They also had the opportunity to address issues and propose a motto that would encapsulate the organization’s mission.

The meeting’s agenda was designed to foster quick and incisive conversations while providing valuable insights and direction for the organization’s activities in 2023 and 2024. It was a productive and collaborative gathering that reflected the spirit of Thalay Association.
